Acceptable Proof of Residency for Permanent Resident Aliens
- 4 consecutive months of utility bill statements to a fixed residence showing continuous residency for 90 days prior to pick up.
- BATFE requires the same proof of residency for aliens as they do for citizens, if ID address is different from physical address.
- Examples of non acceptable proof of residency: hunting license, expired documents, cell phone bill, bank statements, passport, pay stub, etc.
