Congratulations to Arizonan's since SB1108 was signed, your Constitutional Carry right has been restored! However remember, it does not go into effect until July 30th.
Californians on the other hand need to call their assemblyman and ask that they vote no on AB1810. It would require the registration of long guns! Currently only long guns California codifies as "assault weapons" (even though the Federal Government has no such name for any firearm) are registered. Can you imagine the millions of long guns in California that now a cop can hassle you with the question of "well it's not registered to you!"? And really, would you registering your hunting rifle or shotgun reduce crime? You already have to have your background checked when you purchase, why does it need to be registered to you. Bug Assemblyman Michel Feuer (Democrat Los Angeles 916 319 2042) too and tell him this legislation is unnecessary!
California also needs to tell their assemblyman to vote no on AB2223. As we had warned before, the initial "lead free bans" would expand and here it is: Now they want no lead shot! Come on! When was the last time you saw a condor grubbing on a quail or dove? Never! The state has to pay to have dead cows from dairys put out so these scavengers have something to eat! Again, call and tell Assemblyman Pedro Nava (Democrat Santa Barbara 916 319 2035) you want nothing to do with his weird science!
It is now also time to apply for Arizona Deer and Sheep and all California big game species so don't forget
